At Soaring Stars, our Intensive Individual Support Services (IISS) program provides one-on-one staffing interventions to individuals in their homes and community. We pride ourselves on building our IISS program around a person-centered philosophy. The IISS services are driven by a well-developed treatment plan which is prepared by our clinical staff. Our treatment plans are goal and task-oriented by skilled clinicians who develop and implement specific activities for our individuals. These directions are developed by our professional clinical staff who train our IISS technicians to work one to one with our individuals.
